Pre-Show Match: Nick Lovin defeated Jimmy Ray Walker

The owners of New Wave Pro Wrestling promised an announcement that would change New Wave forever. They weren’t wrong. Ryan Stone and David E. Jones came to the ring and announced that on March 3, 2012 NWPW will hold its annual event entitled Tidal Wave. This will also be the final event for New Wave Pro Wrestling. They cited personal and professional reasons as to why they were closing down. But they promised that Tidal Wave 6 will be the best event that New Wave has ever put on.

Ric Ellis defeated Chris Ellis
Throughout the match there were times where it looked like Chris Ellis was going to defeat his older brother. They both knew each other’s moves and it took everything they had to finish the match. Ric came out on top after hitting a modified spinning finsherman driver. The two brothers shook hands after, then Ric gave Chris the floor after an impressive performance.

Joey “The Bone” Barone defeated Ryan Kidd
Towards the end of the match Ryan Kidd looked to have Barone defeated. Andre Machievski came out and distracted Kidd enough so Barone could get a surprise pin on Kidd. A very dejected Kidd left the ring with his head down.

Johnny Yuma defeated Tyler Bateman
Yuma started off the match using some speed and his rump attacks  to get the better of Bateman. A very frustrated Bateman took control soon after. It was only a matter of time before Bateman’s manager Raze got involved in the match. At the end Bateman was looking to hit a Northern Lights Driver. Yuma reversed the move which brought Raze onto the apron. Yuma shoved Bateman into Raze which knocked her off the apron. Bateman turned around and fell to Yuma’s Sex-Factor.

Nick Madrid defeated Andre Machievski
Karma caught up with Machievski during this match. Ryan Kidd came out which distracted Machievski. Machievski chased Kidd from the ring and this caused him to lose the match via a count-out. Madrid obviously did not want to win in this fashion but was happy with the victory. As he was celebrating with the fans, Madrid made his way to the entrance when out of nowhere Joey Barone came through the curtain and knocked out Madrid with brass knuckles. Madrid was then helped to the back by officials and staff.

Johnny Paradise defeated Jarek Matthews
The always happy “Straight Edge Suplex Machine” Matthews surprised Paradise with his offense. Paradise thought this would be an easy win for him. Paradise had to resort to underhanded tactics to get the win. Matthews had climbed to the top rope, but Paradise shoved the referee into the ropes causing Matthews to fall. Paradise then set him up for the tombstone piledriver to get the win.

SoCal Crazy, B-Boy, & Mystery Partner defeated The KOS (Terex, Chris Kadillak, & Joey Ryan w/ Mondo Vega)
As usual Mondo Vega handled the introductions for the KOS. After introducing his team, he announced that he had a surprise for B-Boy & SoCal Crazy. He then brought out an original KOS member in Ryan Taylor. The KOS gloated around the ring knowing that whoever SoCal Crazy & B-Boy brought in, that the odds were still stacked in the KOS’ favor. SoCal Crazy announced that they did in fact find a partner, and their partner is….Ryan Taylor. The shocked KOS turned around and Taylor went right after Terex. The KOS bailed and the crowd erupted. After months and months of the KOS playing games with SoCal Crazy & B-Boy, the KOS finally got their just due. The KOS tried to leave and get counted out, but their opponents had other plans. They went right after the KOS and brought them back into the ring. The entire match was chaotic with fighting all over the building. In the end Ryan Taylor gave Terex a huge roundhouse kick to the head, B-Boy followed up with a Shining Wizard, then SoCal Crazy came off the top with a Frog Splash. All 3 covered the Heavyweight Champion and the KOS were finally on the losing end of the battle.

The KOS weren’t too happy about losing so they attacked Taylor, SoCal, & B-Boy after the match. Joey Ryan gave Ryan Taylor his second rope swinging neckbreaker that he calls The Mustache Ride. SoCal & B-Boy came back to the ring with chairs and chased the KOS away. They demanded that commissioner Aerial Star make another match right then and there. But before Aerial Star could make his ruling, Joey Barone interrupted wanting Aerial Star to make a match so he can face Madrid one more time. Again as Aerial Star was about to speak Andre Machievski came out demanding a match with Ryan Kidd. Johnny Yuma then came out, followed by Ric Ellis, then Tyler Bateman, Nick Madrid, Ryan Kidd. It seemed like the whole locker room wanted something from Commissioner Aerial Star.

The commissioner was looking very overwhelmed when Anchors Away came to the ring. After the mob quieted down Anchors Away starting making the rulings on what everyone wanted. Aerial Star was then relieved of his duties as commissioner, then reinstated to active competition when it was announced that Aerial Star will face Ric Ellis in the opening contest of Tidal Wave 6. Johnny Yuma wanted a tag team title shot for himself and RockNES Monsters member Johnny Goodtime. So it was announced that the Silver Heart Radicalz will defend the tag titles against The RockNES Monsters & Violence Unlimited (Tyler Bateman & Funnybone). Ryan Kidd will get another chance at his bully Andre Machievski. Joey Barone will face Nick Madrid in a match where the loser must kiss the winners ass. Ryan Taylor will get a match against Joey Ryan. But the Main Event for Tidal Wave hadn’t been announced yet. Kadillak & Terex both were without matches to defend their respective titles. So a Fatal Four Way match was made. B-Boy vs. SoCal Crazy vs. Chris Kadillak vs. Terex. It will be a two fall match where the winner of the first fall will be the Rapid Division Champion. The winner of the second fall will be the Heavyweight Champion. Plus this match will take place inside a STEEL CAGE! Tidal Wave 6 will be the final event for New Wave Pro Wrestling, but it’s shaping up to the best one ever.
